Our spacious, modern creative studio is designed for photoshoots, videoshoots, and social media content creation. It is a total of 1,500 sq ft. with an open-concept layout allows for easy customization: Currently we have custom built Holiday Sets which you can see in the photos. These are currently available for your rental. 1) Main Studio Space – A large, modern area with high-end finishes and movable furniture, perfect for staging photoshoots, workshops, and events. 2) Luxury Lounge Area – A chic seating area for client meetings, networking, or relaxed content creation. 3) Changing & Makeup Area – A designated prep space for your clients, talent and models. 4) Variety of Paper Backdrops and Magnetic Wall for Fabric Backdrops – A variety of options to fit different creative needs. We have an electric paper backdrop and a magnetic wall for fabric backdrops. Our cleaning crew handles waste disposal after your session. 🌿 Eco-Friendly Products – We use non-toxic, high-quality cleaning solutions to keep the space fresh while being mindful of the environment. 🚫 Respect the Space – While cleaning is covered, we ask that guests leave the space tidy and remove all personal items at the end of their booking. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
