General Rules
Noise Consideration: Please be mindful of noise levels after 3 PM, as we have classes running downstairs.
Downstairs Door: The downstairs door must be kept locked at all times for security purposes.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building.
Outside Catering: Outside catering is allowed, but please ensure that the space is left clean and tidy after your session.
Cyclorama Care: Please refrain from jumping or placing heavy objects on the cyclorama to maintain its condition for future shoots. There must be no dragging of objects.
We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the studio a safe, clean, and respectful space for all!

Security cameras and recording devices
Cameras are located in the downstairs section and at the door of the studio, but not inside.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We love to have our space tidy and clean as we also work in our own studio. This means before and after each session, we make sure to allow time to thoroughly clean our space!
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
