Studio Rules Respect the Rental Hours Studio rentals are made for fixed periods. Please respect the start and end time of your rental. Keep the Studio Clean Please leave the studio clean and organized after use. Any damages caused by neglecting cleanliness will incur additional charges. Use of Equipment The available equipment and lighting are for photo and video purposes only. Please handle them with care and inform the staff if anything gets damaged. No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. Restricted Access to Private Areas Please respect private areas (e.g., kitchen and administrative rooms). Access to these areas is prohibited without prior permission. Personal and Team Safety Please follow all safety instructions and ensure your team is aware of the studio’s safety rules. Using Lighting and Equipment Natural light is ideal, but if using the studio lighting equipment, please adjust it carefully. Do not move or modify the equipment without the staff's permission. No Pets Pets are not allowed in the studio unless discussed and approved in advance. Do Not Modify the Cyclorama Setup The cyclorama and studio decor should not be altered without prior permission. These are set up to provide the best conditions for filming and photography. Respect Maintenance Time If maintenance or cleaning breaks are needed, please adhere to the scheduled time. Reservations and Cancellations Reservations should be made in advance. If you need to cancel, please inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled date. Food and Beverage Consumption Please consume food and beverages only in designated areas (e.g., kitchen). Exercise caution in the studio to prevent accidents. Parking The studio has a parking space available in front, but please do not block entrances or exits to ensure access for other users.
