The space Outdoors: This three bedroom/two bath is a cozy and tropical oasis with a tranquil backyard, luscious garden, Turf backyard, beautiful HEATED SALT WATER POOL w/ waterfall where you can relax, private fenced patio, outdoor bar, two covered pergola, egg chairs, outdoor family games such as darts, Cornhole, and ring toss! Also, a BBQ area where you can enjoy your grilling! You can use the outdoor space for small gatherings like weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, music videos, etc. It can fit 10-20 comfortably and has outdoor seating for about 18 people. 8 Barstools, a large table for 6, and 3 outdoor chairs. Indoors: The Tulum Vibes Oasis also offers a full-sized kitchen with everything you need to prepare a homemade meal, including spices, pots/pans, plates, outdoor dishware, and cooking utensils. Enjoy some of our unique and picturesque areas: our full-sized coffee/tea station with an indoor grass wall, a neon-lit sign, and an indoor swing chair or one of our artfully designed sitting areas, which are all ready for you to take your pictures/videos for the "Gram". Or sit back and enjoy a relaxing read with a warm morning sip of freshly brewed coffee? Yes, please! Work from home from our dedicated workspace, with high-speed wifi! Step into our smart home with modern touches such as a Nest thermostat, an Echo Show with w/Alexa-controlled neon kitchen lights, a neon-lit sign on a grass wall, and all smart outdoor lighting that will illuminate your night! Enjoy some downtime with our 55-inch Smart TV, which includes Netflix and many other streaming apps, or liven up your stay with some fun board games and music using our Bluetooth soundbar!

- If you would like the pool to be heated, please let us know 24 hours before you check-in. - If you throw the trash out, please ensure the trash goes into the correct bins as described below: - Black bin: all trash - Blue bin: recycling ONLY - Green bin: landscaping ONLY -A filled propane tank is not provided for the grill. However, you can exchange the tank nearby for around $25-$30. - While child friendly, the house has not been childproofed. Please keep an eye on your kids at all times! - Cleaning services are not provided daily. - For online streaming, the TV has an Amazon Fire Stick with Netflix/Hulu/Disney/Prime and other streaming apps. There is no cable. - Zero tolerance for smoking inside the property. If smells or residue are found inside, you will be charged a $250 smoking fee. Smoking is allowed outside, and please dispose of buds appropriately. - Zero tolerance for PARTIES and/or noise complaints! - We may have scheduled maintenance employees that require access to the home or yard, such as for grass care, pool upkeep, or repair work. Scheduled services will be communicated to you in advance for the utmost privacy. - You will be charged $10 and above for any damaged or stolen items, towels, blankets, bowls, etc. - Any major damages or missing items will be followed up through Airbnb for claims.
