Outside catering and private chefs are permitted with prior approval to ensure alignment with space guidelines. The space features two distinct zones: • The cozy fireplace lounge anchors the space, ideal for seated conversations and styled moments. A light, neutral main room designed for seated events and photo-friendly setups. • An adjoining bar/lounge area that adds a bold, energetic atmosphere for cocktail hours and networking Guests may use one zone or both, allowing events to transition smoothly from day to evening in a single location. Amenities include natural daylight, recessed lighting, a designer wet bar, and flexible open floor space. Capacity: • Up to 20 guests standing • 12–15 guests seated Optional white Chiavari chairs available as an add-on for seated events and workshops. Guest count is intentionally capped to ensure comfort, safety, and neighborhood respect. The space is located in a quiet residential area with on-site parking for up to five vehicles.
