About the Space
2 roof covered spaces. Large covered space of 36’x48’ use for wedding receptions. Has 10 tables, bar area and large speaker. Tiled floor with all wood columns and metal roof. Approx 1,700sf Smaller covered space 20’x30’ right next to the big one used mostly for dancing or picture taking. It could also be used for the wedding ceremony. One big speaker in this space. Tiled floor, metal columns and clear polycarbonate roof. Approx 600sf Additional roof covered space “kitchen” with counters, water, refrigerator and stove. Used for catering companies to set up there to get ready for dinner reception. Approx 400sf
Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages allowed
There is a small kitchen with refrigerator and stove and sink with water but it used mostly for catering companies to set up there....minimal cooking.
Counter tops with 3-sink with running water, 1 refrigerator, 1 stove with oven. Very minimal cooking in this kitchen allow.
Large countertop
12 wood picnic tables. 9 are 8feet long and seat comfortable 8 peoples. 3 are 10ft long and seat 10people. 2 are 4 ft long (can be used for other things like gift tables...to put cooler on top...etc.. 6 high cocktail tables that go in front of the bar. Additional grey folding tables if needed.
30 high wood chairs for the bar area and cocktail high tables. 100 wood folidng ceremony chairs. 2antique white chairs for bride&groom, no chairs for reception area because we use picnic tables. Additional charis available if needed.

1 projector
1 large speaker in each area: Reception and dance floor
Mixter so dj only hooks up to the mixer with his tablet or cell/laptop and uses our speakers.
