About the Space

Our space is located in the heart of South East Portland, just steps away from SOHO House. The space is equipped with a variety of amenities including a seamless backdrops, a steamer, apple boxes, lighting equipment including RGB lights, and natural lighting. 🔥This space is perfect for small production creative shoots with & without natural lights 200 sqf 12 ft ceilings. Great for Portrait, fashion,Product shoots & small Production photoshoots, podcasters, castings, students, professionals, Portfolio shoots ,Model tests etc. 3 Seamless Papers installed on the system. - 1 x NEEWER air trigger remote for the flash strobes (Canon/Nikon/Sony) - 4 x Neewer strobes - 4 x light stands - 2 x Portable Softbox - 2 x 55" Octagon Furniture: - Steamer - Clothing rack - We have just ONE table (make up station) -Chair and stool option

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
