Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. General Rules: - Absolutely NO glitter or fine confetti. This also includes props and garments coated with glitter or confetti. - Please let us know in advance how many attendees you plan on bringing and stick to that number on your shoot date. - NO usage of real guns as props. Please do not do this. Your shoot will be shut down immediately and we will ask you to leave. - Do NOT arrive at your shoot intoxicated. - Do NOT get intoxicated during your shoot. You then become a greater liability and will be asked to leave. - NO smoking inside the building. - Loud music must end at 10pm unless noted otherwise. - Young children must be supervised by an adult at all times. - Be respectful of the space. - Please leave the studio in the same condition it was when you arrived. -All ages are allowed in the space -Furniture and decorations may be moved -Furniture can be moved or rearranged, though we expect furniture to be moved back to original position. -Smoke machines are allowed -Nudity is allowed -Security cameras and recording devices -Two security cameras outside the front door to the studio. It will remain on to monitor incoming and outgoing traffic. -Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
