Health and Safety Measures

Cleaning Process & Turnaround Time We take great care in maintaining a clean and professional environment for all productions. The space is thoroughly cleaned and reset between bookings to ensure the best experience for each guest. • A minimum of 6 hours of daytime turnaround time is required between bookings for proper cleaning and preparation. • Guests are expected to leave the space as they found it, with all furniture and decor returned to its original position. • Basic cleaning is included, but guests must dispose of their own trash and clean up any spills or messes from catering, props, or equipment. • If the space is left in excessive disarray, an additional cleaning fee may apply. • No glitter, confetti, or hard-to-clean materials (e.g., fake snow, oil-based products) are allowed unless pre-approved. This ensures every guest enjoys a fresh, organized, and production-ready environment for their booking.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
