To ensure a safe and comfortable experience, we follow a thorough cleaning process before and after each booking: Before Your Arrival: ✔ The space is deep-cleaned and sanitized, including high-touch surfaces, tables, and seating areas. ✔ Floors are swept, mopped, and vacuumed to maintain a fresh environment. ✔ Restrooms are stocked with essential supplies and sanitized. ✔ Trash bins are emptied, and the venue is inspected for cleanliness. After Your Event: ✔ A basic post-event cleaning is included in your rental. ✔ Guests are responsible for bagging and removing trash to the designated dumpster near the far left of the parking lot, next to the elevator. ✔ All decorations, personal items, and rental equipment must be removed before leaving. ✔ Any spills or messes beyond standard cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee. Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
