House Rules 1. Booking & Access • Your rental period includes setup and breakdown—please plan accordingly. • The space should be left in the same condition as received. 2. Cleaning & Trash • A basic cleaning fee covers standard post-event cleaning; however, guests are responsible for removing all trash and ensuring a tidy space. • Any excessive mess or damage may result in an additional cleaning fee or loss of security deposit. 3. Decor & Setup • No nails, screws, or permanent adhesives on walls. Use removable tape or command hooks for decorations. • No glitter, confetti, or open flame (candles must be enclosed in glass). 4. Catering & Alcohol • Outside catering is allowed. • Alcohol is permitted but must comply with local laws. If selling alcohol, a licensed bartender is required. 5. Music & Noise • Bluetooth surround sound is available for use. • DJs and live music are allowed but must comply with noise ordinances—outdoor noise must be kept to a minimum after 10 PM. 6. Smoking & Substances • No smoking or vaping inside the venue. 7. Damage & Security Deposit • Any damage to the venue, furniture, or equipment will result in a charge for repairs or loss of deposit. • Security cameras are on-site for safety and monitoring purposes. 8. Guest Count & Capacity • All events must stay within the agreed-upon guest capacity. • No unauthorized parties or overcrowding. 9. Overtime & Late Departures • Events that run past the agreed time will be charged $250 per additional hour, subject to availability. 10. Liability • The venue is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. • Guests assume full responsibility for their attendees’ actions while in the space.
