Cleaning Process After Your Photoshoot 1. Post-Shoot Disinfection After your session, we repeat our cleaning process, disinfecting all surfaces that were touched during your time in the studio. This includes cleaning any equipment used during the shoot. 2. Trash Removal We kindly ask that you take responsibility for your belongings and any trash generated during your shoot. Please move your items and dispose of them in the appropriate bins located outside. 3. Equipment Check We inspect all equipment to ensure it is in good condition and ready for the next booking, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and functionality.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
