About the Space
Hayseed is a bright, blank space to create located in East Nashville. Features a lofted ceiling, South and West facing windows, a large blank wall, and concrete floors. Great for small to medium photo or video productions. We also have some grip items available. Kitchenette and Bathroom available for guest use.

Parking description
Space for 2 cars in driveway along studio. There is free street parking on Myrtle in front of owner's house.
General Rules
Please use with care.
No smoking.
No animals without prior approval.
No candles or fire without prior approval.
Loft and ladder are for owner use only.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Security cameras on the exterior of the studio will be on.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
The space will be vacuumed daily and the bathroom will be cleaned daily. Please leave the space as you found it.
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
