A wonderful front room setting for small meetings, photography sessions desiring a more exquisite fine quality with mahogany colors and Italian themes, archways & golden mahogany rustic hues. Fireplace and candles bring a warmth and elegance with a touch of simple villa style to your photo shoot. Bring your Spanish guitar -maybe a cello —or rent a conga drums or a collection of musical instruments from the host. All photo shoots, Recordings and podcasts must be approved prior to booking.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
