You will have access to a chic private lobby adorned by a modern black railing staircase leading up to the large open studio space. The studio features 2 dressing rooms crafted with beautiful arches. There is a single private restroom in the space. The kitchenette area is a stunning backdrop and comes with an ice maker, coffee maker, filtered water, microwave and beverage drawers with a center island and stools. The back windows are all adorned by white sheers and the front floor to ceiling windows let in gorgeous natural light. Connect to our in ceiling speakers via Sonos. Please note our space is upstairs and does not have an elevator. You are welcome to hire outside licensed / insured vendors for your event needs and can bring in your own food and beverages. We require a 3 hour booking minimum for events, please make sure to include time before your event for set up or deliveries and time after for any tear down or clean up within the hours you book. The cleaning fee is covers a basic 2-3 hour space cleaning after you leave. If a deep clean is required after your use , additional fees may apply. We offer a generous discount when you book 8 hours (if you need more than 8 hours please book for 8 hours and message us within your booking to inquire about additional time on your booking day, we are happy to accommodate at no charge when possible).
