Enter the gated front courtyard and immediately take in the expansive house in front of you with cascading columns and shadows. Walk past the 70 foot custom pool running the length of the courtyard and find the all glass custom front door. Guests are greeted by an expansive open floor plan, tall ceilings, and luxury amenities. The main living space of the house is a massive open floor plan with kitchen and bar to the left, spacious seating area in the center, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors to the right that connect the space directly to the pool area. The windows retract fully into the walls, seamlessly inviting outdoor living inside. Right off the kitchen is an oversized dining area with a fully retractable wall that opens up to the backyard. Here you will find outdoor dining and a large fire pit overlooking the mountains of the Joshua Tree National Park. Guests are invited to swim or sunbathe by the custom pool and spa, or to enjoy lounging in nature in the outdoor couch / living room. This home is perfect for large groups / families with entertainment in mind. Featuring an open floor plan with large common areas and common area amenities such as electric fireplace, Sonos sound system throughout the home, large outdoor dining area, a fire pit, resort style pool, multiple patios, and a large gameroom basement.

Health and Safety Measures
A non-refundable cleaning fee is required with all reservations. This fee is for our housekeepers who dust, vacuum, sanitize, clean linens and towels, maintain the amenities and remove refuse from the property. Guest(s) are required to follow all check out procedures detailed in this agreement and leave the property in the same general and good habitable condition it was in when the Guest(s) arrived. Undue and/or unreasonable cleaning of the home shall be charged to the Guest's/Cardholder's credit card as an Additional Cleaning Charge at a rate of up to $45/hour, with a one hour minimum. This also applies to the property exterior, grounds, BBQs and pools/ hot tubs (if so equipped).
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
