About the Space
The studio has an area of 3,500 sq ft and features various and diverse designs. We are the only studio in Vancouver that uses a LED video wall instead of a green wall. Equipment such as a 26 ft crane jib is available in the studio for cinematic and fashion videography. The ceiling height is 22 ft. If you need lighting, don’t worry; a variety of lighting fixtures and fog machines are available.

Our studio is a warehouse and has a loading zone door, allowing your equipment or vehicle to enter the studio.
General Rules
No Smoking and vaping in the studio.
The use of alcohol in the studio is prohibited.
Adult films are not allowed.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
The studio has a large area, which is why we have 8 cameras; 2 cameras monitor the parking area and 6 cameras cover the studio. Our cameras do not record audio.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our warehouse studio is brand new and well-maintained, ensuring a clean and fresh space for your creative needs. As we aim to keep the environment in pristine condition, we kindly ask that you handle all items with care during your visit. Please ensure that any movements of equipment or furniture are done carefully to avoid damage to the walls and floors. Your cooperation in maintaining the quality of our space is greatly appreciated, and we look forward to working with you in a safe and organized environment.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
