About the Space
Huge lot, gated. have 60 theater chairs and 40 folding great area if needed. A lot of free parking, internet, electricity. restrooms if needed. No loud music. Film location. Movie screening, comedy, theater performances. Sports, Lectures. Art shows. Food catering cooking allowed. Pet events more than welcome. I have additional 2 spaces next to it. photography studio and lecture room. Recording studio we have a lot of audio and video equipment, lighting. I’m going to post the pictures of the rooms in another add. Very artsy space. Next to the LA river.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
