Parking is directly outside the venue, before 4pm is paid meter parking and free after 4pm. We also have Free parking all day in the local.streets less than 3 minutes walk from the venue.

Lighting description

The venue features large black-framed windows that allow plenty of natural light to fill the space. There are no blinds or coverings, so the lighting changes naturally throughout the day. The brightest times are late morning to early afternoon, with softer, ambient light in the evening.

You can't hear any noise from neighbours, ensuring a quiet and private atmosphere. The venue is on a street, but the sound levels remain low, making it suitable for meetings, recordings, and events. There is no sound from appliances or air conditioning, allowing for a completely undisturbed experience.

Electrical system description

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

The entire area is professionally cleaned before and after every event. All staff are fully trained on all our health and safety procedures and will always be on hand to provide assistance.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
