This property is used for student camps and large events throughout the year, such as: weddings, retreats, family reunions, etc. It offers a picturesque view of the Colorado mountains. This 52 acre Ranch offers large wilderness exploring along with a barn/stable for animals. This property offers a three floor (including basement) main lodge with a total of 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Out of the 8 bedrooms, 5 of which are large bunkrooms located on the second floor. Also on property are 8 1 bed/bathroom cabins that are newly renovated! All of which are opened for renting.
