We take cleanliness and hygiene seriously to ensure a safe, fresh, and welcoming environment for all guests. Our cleaning process includes: Before & After Each Booking: ✅ Thorough Equipment Sanitization – All workout stations, machines, and free weights are disinfected using commercial-grade cleaning solutions. ✅ Turf Area Cleaning – The 3,400 sq. ft. professional-grade turf is cleaned daily. ✅ Cold Tub Room Maintenance – We require all ODIN cold tub users to shower prior-to use. The cold tubs have a filtration system like a pool. We empty, clean and refilled with fresh, filtered water as needed. ✅ Luxury Bathrooms & Showers – Sinks, countertops, toilets, and showers are sanitized with hospital-grade disinfectant. Floors are mopped, and trash is emptied. ✅ High-Touch Surface Disinfection – Doorknobs, light switches, handles, and common area surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant. ✅ TV Screens & Monitors – Screens are cleaned with safe, streak-free disinfectant to ensure a crystal-clear display. Additional Cleanliness Measures: 🔹 Hand Sanitizer Stations – Available throughout the facility for guest use. 🔹 Disposable Wipes & Cleaning Spray – Provided so guests can wipe down equipment before and after use. 🔹 Deep Cleaning Schedule – In addition to daily cleanings, we conduct a deep clean weekly using industrial-grade equipment. 🔹 No Outside Shoes on Turf – To maintain hygiene and prevent dirt buildup. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
