About the Space
Chairs and tables for up to 80 meeting participants. Full audio-visual with three large screens (one can be used as an electronic white board). Microphones available. Remote participation available via cameras, speakers, and microphones built into the room (Teams or Zoom). Kitchenette available for food prep (not cooking). Public restrooms. Room setup can be easily tailored for different meeting sizes or configurations. Free Wi-Fi available. Room can be used for planning sessions, training meetings, company meetings, celebrations or any other occasion.

Free parking in a lot right outside the meeting room. Up to 75 spaces available.
General Rules
No smoking in building. Outside catering allowed. Hours are 7am to 8pm, 7 days per week. No alcohol allowed.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Security cameras will be on, but not routinely monitored.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Room is cleaned between meetings with all surfaces cleaned with disinfecting spray. Nightly vacuuming.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
