We are pleased to offer our two-story townhouse unit located in Ocean Hill/Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn for location shoots. The entire house was lovingly renovated featuring a large living room, three bedrooms, luxury kitchen, Moroccan mosaic fireplace (non-working), pink zellige tile bathroom, full deck and more. Please note lower backyard area is currently being redone. The space is an actual home and comes furnished - please refer to photos for sample. Street parking is readily accessible on the block. 5 minutes equal walking distance from the J train stops at Halsey and Chauncey (J/Z). Please note that while our listing photos are recent, some items/furniture are subject to change.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
