Welcome to UnCommon Studios, a full-service production studio located in the heart of Wynwood, Miami. Whether you’re filming commercial, social media content, recording a podcast, or looking for a beautiful loft style photography studio we’ve got the perfect setup to bring your vision to life. Our studio is designed with creators in mind, featuring 10+ unique backdrops and sets, the newest professional camera, audio and lighting equipment, and an experienced team to help you produce high-quality content that helps you stand out from others. We’re more than just a studio, we’re your creative partner. Let’s tell your story together. General Rules No smoking inside. Please do not remove anything from the studio. Equipment & Space Only our team will handle cameras & studio equipment. Furniture can be rearranged but must be put back. Enjoy & Collaborate Have fun, be respectful, and share your creativity. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We take great care in preparing the studio for every booking. After each rental, the space is thoroughly cleaned, including wet mopping and disinfecting all surfaces. We also provide wipes and sanitizer to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for every guest.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
