Health and Safety Measures
Before Your Booking: • The studio is cleaned and sanitized. • High-touch surfaces like door handles, props, and equipment are disinfected. • Floors are swept, mopped, or vacuumed as needed. During Your Booking: • Guests are responsible for keeping the space tidy and following any studio-specific guidelines. • Cleaning supplies for quick touch-ups are provided. After Your Booking: • The host or their cleaning team does a thorough post-shoot cleanup. • Guests are required to clean up after themselves. A $50 cleaning fee will be invoiced if the space is not left in its original condition. If any items are left behind, a $25 fee will be charged, and items must be collected within 48 hours. After this period, they will be considered abandoned and donated. • Trash and personal items must be removed before leaving.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
