Our banquet hall is perfect for meetings, presentations, and workshops. It is a large room with tall, vaulted ceilings. There are two sets of double doors that lead out to the grand lobby, foyer area. Plus, a breakout room is included close by. There is a covered area outside the banquet hall connected directly to the room. A large wall is available as a screen for presentations, as well as built-in speakers. We have a podium and large white boards available for use, too. The space includes the ability to create a lighting design with a full spectrum of color options. The ceilings are very tall and vaulted with large chandelier lighting fixtures, and wall sconces throughout. The lobby and common areas are tiled, while the room has short carpet. Furniture includes standard event tables and chairs, plus couches and high back chairs along with coffee and end tables - all available for use. There is a prep kitchen (no oven/stove top) that includes a refrigerator/freezer, toaster oven, microwave, sink, cabinets and counter space. This is a mixed use community center with multiple rooms. Other activities may be happening concurrently with your event. The banquet hall is private when the doors are closed. The lobby, kitchen, bathrooms, and parking are all common areas that may be shared with others.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

If needed, the vacuum, mop, broom, and cleaning supplies are located in the storage room next to the Great Hall. Stains, damages and missed items from the list below will result in deductions from your security deposit. Put all tables and chairs back in the storage room. Put back all the furniture. Remove all personal decor and leave nothing on the walls. Take your items out of the fridge / kitchen. Do not leave any food residue in the sink, or trash in the bin. Turn off all the lights. Place all trash outside in the bins located in the dumpster area near the cell tower and gas station. Pop all balloons. Break down all boxes. Bag all trash. Lock the front door after your group is out of the building. Use the keypad on the door: Press the top round button that says "Yale" Enter your private code Press the green checkmark button to unlock the door

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
