About the Space
This bright space features lots of natural light through large windows on two sides of the space. The color scheme is yellow, white and blue, evoking the Amalfi Coast, and we have large circular bar in the center of the space which is available for use. There are tables, chairs, and stools in the space that can be moved or removed for your booking. If you opt for in-house catering, we'd be happy to fire up the pizza oven for our signature Neapolitan pizza.

There is a paid parking deck in the building next door as well as a metered lot half a block away.
General Rules
No smoking in the building. Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed, but alcohol beverages must be coordinated through our in-house catering. Use of the bar requires pre-approval.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
We have security cameras which record silent video throughout the space which will remain on during the booking.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Our staff thoroughly cleans all spaces after every booking, and we have regular cleanings by a professional cleaning service.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
