About the Space
This is a bright and open 1200 sq ft salon with 6 hair stations and 2 sinks. The layout is open so it can be used in a variety of ways - to hold education sessions or photoshoots. There is a large lobby and back area where furniture can be moved to allow for space to set up photography equipment. An AV system is connected as well to allow for music to be streamed to the studio's built in system. A washroom is available for guests as well. Hourly or daily rates are available depending on the day of the week.

Parking description
The unit is located in Southpoint Exchange Mall with ample parking. There is a 3 hour parking restriction. Tesla charging station is also available.
Space has natural light
Natural light can not be blocked out
Lighting description
There are windows across the storefront that allow for natural light to come in. There are no coverings for them. We can put in a drape from the ceiling to cover them if need be. The brightest time of day is between 10am to 3pm. There is pot lights across the ceiling of the salon.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
I cannot hear the neighbours but the unit is not soundproofed. There is noise from appliances when they are turned on.

Equipment loading description
There is a front door that opens as a double door where equipment can be brought in. A loading truck can temporarily park right outside.
Staging area is available
It is near the back and is blocked off by a divider.
All rooms are available for shooting
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
There are about 12 outlets. The circuit breaker is located in the lunchroom near the back of the salon.

General Rules
No smoking.

Furniture and decorations may be moved
All items that have moved will need to be moved back upon completion of using the space to resume regular business hours.

Security cameras and recording devices
The space has cameras recording daily activity for security purposes.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
The space will be cleaned before and after booking. The space is disinfected and floors are cleaned/mopped. I will ask for all garbage be collected and put in a bag and leave the space as tidy as possible.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
