My studio is a spacious and inspiring 1,100-square-foot creative space, perfect for painting sessions, workshops, and art events. Located on the backside of the building, it offers a quiet and intimate setting with a flexible layout that can accommodate various artistic and social gatherings. The space features French doors that open up to bring in natural light, depending on the time of day, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. Inside, there’s an open workspace with plenty of room to spread out materials and experiment with different techniques. It’s fully equipped with essential art supplies, including easels, brushes, paints, and a large rolling work table. Use of creative supplies can be discussed based on the needs of your event. Additional amenities include a private bathroom, a utility sink for easy cleanup, and a small bar area with a fridge, Keurig coffee maker, and other appliances. A comfortable couch offers a cozy place to relax, making the space ideal for both structured workshops and casual creative gatherings. This studio is perfect for art classes, private events, and creative workshops and is also available for special private events or longer-term rentals. We take cleanliness and hygiene seriously to ensure a comfortable and welcoming space for all guests. The bathroom is thoroughly cleaned, including disinfecting all surfaces and mopping the floors. High-touch areas such as doorknobs, tables, and shared surfaces are regularly disinfected. The floors are swept and mopped to maintain a clean and tidy environment. Art supplies and work areas are wiped down and sanitized after each use. We appreciate guests respecting the space and tidying up after their event to help maintain a clean and inspiring atmosphere for everyone.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
