Our Cleaning Process ✔ Professional Cleaning Between Guests – After each event, our space is professionally cleaned, ensuring that all areas are refreshed and ready for the next guests. ✔ Surfaces & High-Touch Areas – Countertops, tables, doorknobs, light switches, and commonly touched surfaces are wiped down and sanitized. ✔ Floors & Upholstery – Floors are vacuumed, swept, and mopped, while furniture is inspected and tidied. ✔ Bathrooms Fully Stocked & Cleaned – Each of the three full bathrooms is scrubbed, sanitized, and restocked with fresh hand soap and paper products. ✔ Kitchen & Appliances – The full-service kitchen, including all surfaces, sinks, and major appliances, is cleaned and sanitized. ✔ Outdoor Spaces Maintained – The backyard and front yard are tidied, and any outdoor furnishings are checked and cleaned as needed. Additional Guest Considerations 📌 Trash & Waste Disposal – Guests are responsible for removing any event-related trash. A designated trash area is provided for convenience. 📌 Event Setup & Cleanup – While we handle deep cleaning, guests are expected to return furniture to its original placement and remove any decorations or belongings brought in for their event. 📌 Damage or Extra Cleaning Needs – If any spills, stains, or damages occur, we appreciate prompt notification so we can address them accordingly. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
