To maintain a clean and safe photography studio, we regularly clean hard surfaces with detergent and warm water, disinfect after cleaning, and ensure equipment is thoroughly cleaned and dried before reuse, while also cleaning cameras and lenses with appropriate tools. Please note our detailed cleaning process below. General Studio Cleaning: -We thoroughly clean hard surfaces using detergent and warm water -We apply disinfectant to surfaces after cleaning -We follow recommended guidelines allowing the disinfectant to remain on surfaces for the appropriate suggested time -We clean our equipment with fresh water and/or solution Studio Equipment Cleaning: -Fabric backdrops are washed daily after each use -We regularly clean lighting equipment to prevent dust buildup -We clean unused props periodically, and clean props used daily after each use
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
