Cleaning Process for the Deck Space We take cleanliness and safety seriously, ensuring that our space is ready for your event or gathering. Our cleaning process includes: 1. Pre-Event Cleaning: • Prior to each booking, we thoroughly clean the entire deck area, including wiping down surfaces, removing any debris, and ensuring the space is pristine for your event. • High-touch areas are sanitized, and the deck is inspected for any damage. 2. Post-Event Cleaning: • After your event, we conduct a comprehensive cleaning to restore the deck to its original condition. • All trash is removed, and any furniture or items used during your event are carefully cleaned and reset. 3. Sanitization: • All high-touch surfaces are sanitized with CDC-recommended products to ensure a safe and clean environment for every guest. 4. Regular Maintenance: • The deck is regularly maintained, including pressure washing and checking for any necessary repairs or updates to keep the space in top condition. We ask that guests leave the space in the condition it was found by removing personal items and disposing of trash. This helps us ensure that every guest enjoys a clean and comfortable space.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
