Charming features like antique fireplaces, heart of pine floors, and stylish tile. We've had photo-shoots with major corporations in the space. It's charming, lots of parking, close to restaurants. Commercials/videography work well also. It's a single story building. Easy access to get in through the front or back side of the house. There's a large back porch and yard space as well.

We have cleaners come between each guest and do a normal clean. They wash all linens and provide paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
