The ground floor retail shop space can be arranged to accommodate cocktail parties, receptions, pop-up shops, film productions, and more! Small wedding ceremonies (50 guests or so) are also feasible. The long studio mezzanine can be used for staging, workshops, event activities, or additional space for mingling. Both spaces have large table surfaces that can be moved to accommodate your needs, or removed for more floorspace as desired. Displays in the retail space include flowers, plants, and vignettes of charming gift items. Small side offices offer additional staging/storage. There are two bathrooms and a small kitchen with a residential refrigerator available for use.

The space is cleaned weekly, with additional deep cleaning before each booking. As a working floral studio, the host may need additional consideration for guests with sensitive allergies.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
