Walking distance from all subway lines, along with several cafes and restaurants. Two Blocks from the MSG/Penn Station. Across from DoubleTree by Hilton New York Times Square South. Allow 24hrs to receive a confirmation, therefore all bookings should be made 24hrs + prior the event. We clean after every. Depending on the type of event Parties, or gathering involving food or drinks , guest are to clean and empty trash and provide space to the way it looked before hand.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
