Natural Light Industrial Studio
About the Space
Located near Downtown Detroit, our space is the perfect place to create stunning images. Large industrial north facing windows bathe the room in beautiful natural light throughout the day. In the evenings you can bring in your own lighting equipment or add on the use of (2) Alien Bee strobes. Your rental includes use of 4 different antique couches, a full size bed, non working clawfoot tub, as well as multiple other props. There is a separate (curtained) changing area in the studio for privacy. There is no restroom in the studio. There are shared restrooms at the end of the hallway. There is a mini fridge in the studio for drinks.

Studio is cleaned weekly or more often depending on use. It is an industrial space so some amount of dust/debris can be expected. Bedding is changed between rentals. Disinfectant spray and wipes are available for use.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
