We take extra care to ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each booking. ✔ Professional Cleaning – A licensed professional cleaner is hired to deep-clean the space after every booking. ✔ Disinfection Protocols – The space is cleaned and disinfected following guidelines from local health authorities to ensure a safe environment. ✔ High-Touch Surfaces Sanitized – Commonly touched surfaces, such as door handles, light switches, tables, and countertops, are disinfected before every guest's arrival. ✔ Soft Materials Refreshed – Soft, porous materials such as throw pillows and rugs are properly cleaned, replaced, or removed as needed. ✔ Enhanced Cleaning Time – We space out bookings to allow for thorough sanitization and proper air circulation.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
