Cleaning Process Overview 1. Assess Property: Walkthrough to identify areas needing attention. 2. Dusting & Surface Cleaning: Dust all surfaces and wipe down high-touch areas. 3. Kitchen Cleaning: Clean countertops, appliances, and sanitize sinks. 4. Bathroom Cleaning: Disinfect sinks, toilets, showers, and replace toiletries. 5. Floor Care: Vacuum carpets and rugs, sweep and mop hard floors. 6. Final Touches: Ensure everything is clean, tidy, and restock amenities.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
