To ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, we perform a thorough cleaning and sanitizing of the space, including: High-Touch Surfaces: All high-touch areas, such as door handles, light switches, countertops, desks, chairs, and bathroom fixtures, are sanitized regularly before and after each event to ensure your safety and comfort. Spa Beds and Equipment: All spa beds and related equipment, including carts and tools, are disinfected and sanitized between uses. We take extra care to sanitize any surfaces that come into contact with clients, ensuring that the space remains hygienic for wellness and beauty treatments. Floors: We thoroughly clean and vacuum all floors and carpets to remove any dirt or debris. Special attention is given to high-traffic areas to ensure the space is spotless. Restrooms: Our restrooms are cleaned and sanitized before and after every event, including disinfecting all surfaces, toilets, sinks, and faucets to maintain a fresh and sanitary environment. Kitchen and Break Areas: All areas in the kitchen, including countertops, appliances, and sinks, are wiped down and sanitized. We also ensure that any spills or food remnants in the break area are cleaned promptly to maintain a pleasant environment. AV Equipment and Technology: All AV equipment, including flat screens and iPads, is wiped down and sanitized to ensure the tech is clean and ready for use during presentations or demonstrations. Our cleaning team follows strict protocols to maintain the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the space, helping to ensure your event runs smoothly in a safe and comfortable setting.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
