Historic Loft with massive windows

Beautiful historic space with high ceilings and large arched windows. One open room without much furniture, great for headshots, small group portraits, boudoir. And one furnished room with a "fireplace" and a modern living room feel, for meetings, lifestyle shots, and a couple desks for meetings or co-working. Makeup mirror with lighting located on a back wall for H&M on site. Furniture is heavy and not super mobile in the living room, so please be sure this layout feels adequate for you - we'd prefer it remained stationary. But everything is mobile in the second room. Parking available on site in the lot, shared bathroom in the hallway, Cafe downstairs. We are on a third floor walk-up, with no elevator - historic building charm + technology.
