As we thrive on helping others grow and harvest their niche, we would like to extend the olive branch to others to have a safe workspace. We are located in the NE Columbia area, alongside a very busy road, which is great for foot traffic and making it easy to locate. We are seeking out entrepreneurs, independent contractors, independent insurance agents, realtors, mortgage loan officers, attorneys, etc. to utilize our space freely. We invite you to conduct your virtual/ in-person meetings, closings, consultations, and any other source of business. You will have access to a waiting area, a coffee bar, a mini-fridge, a microwave, copy room, WiFi and two restrooms during your time here.
