To maintain a clean, welcoming, and hygienic environment for all guests, we follow a thorough cleaning process before and after every event. Before Each Event: Surface Sanitization – All tables, chairs, countertops, and high-touch areas (e.g., door handles, and light switches) are disinfected. Floor Cleaning – Floors are swept and mopped to ensure a spotless appearance. Restroom Inspection – Bathrooms are restocked with essential supplies and sanitized. Trash Removal – Any leftover waste from previous use is disposed of properly. Equipment Check – TVs, kitchen appliances, and other amenities are wiped down and tested for functionality. After Each Event: General Tidying – Decorations, leftover food, and personal items must be removed by renters. Our team will assist in basic tidying. Deep Cleaning – Floors are swept and mopped, and all surfaces are sanitized again. Trash & Recycling – All trash is collected, disposed of, and replaced with fresh liners. Recycling is sorted appropriately. Restroom Refresh – Bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Final Inspection – A final walkthrough ensures the space meets our cleanliness standards before the next booking. This process ensures every guest experiences a clean, safe, and inviting environment for their event.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
