Our home has lots of charm for photo and video shoots. Fully brick exterior with rose bush landscaping. Original trim, doors, and hardware are found throughout the home on the interior. On the first floor you have a living area with a large arch window next to the dining area. You will also find a room adjacent to the dining area used as an office with lots of flexible space. The kitchen is at the back of the home with an attached full bath. There is a backyard with minimal landscaping. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, a full bath, and a rooftop deck that is South facing. The location is walkable to nearby restaurants.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
