Our modern space with with clean modern lines and large windows in the living room provides great natural lighting with a beautiful view of the outdoor pool area from the living room, with flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. This space is perfect for any social gathering, celebration, meeting (retreat), or photoshoots. A stylish pool and outdoor kitchen area is available for hourly rental and offers an ideal setting for your event. Fully Equipped: This space is equipped with everything you need for a seamless event, including: Wi-Fi for easy connectivity Casual seating with comfortable couches and chairs Kitchen featuring a fridge, small stove/oven, microwave, sink, large countertop, and barstools 60" HD TV with HDMI connections for easy display and sound system integration Cozy Fireplace for added ambiance Countertop areas perfect for snacks or catering setups Access to restroom for convenience Decorative accent lighting to enhance the atmosphere Additionally, the outdoor area includes a spacious kitchen/bar with ample counter space, ideal for hosting or preparing food and drinks. You can bring your own catering or work with local vendors to elevate your event.. Photoshoot Rental Note: The house is available for both indoor and outdoor space bookings. However, please note that for photoshoots, the outdoor areas are not guaranteed to be "photoshoot ready" unless sufficient time is provided to prepare them. During the fall and winter, there may be leaves on the ground, and the foliage/plantings may be dead or leafless. Additionally, patio furniture may be covered or unavailable depending on the weather. When submitting an inquiry, please specify how you plan to use the space and the total number of attendees. If you're doing a photoshoot, I’m not judgmental about what you're shooting—I'm simply trying to determine the best way to prepare the space for you. Please also note that no animals are allowed without prior approval. The owners do live on the premises, but we will ensure that we remain out of the way during your shoot and will always respect your privacy. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We are are required to do the following prior to each booking: • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
