This spacious outdoor retreat offers a 1800 sq. ft. pool deck, giving your guests plenty of room to celebrate in Miami weather. The highlight of the space is a 12’ x 20’ Tiki hut, complete with a bar and fully equipped kitchen, making it ideal for hosting unforgettable get-togethers. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, baby showers, bridal showers, engagement, or casual get-together, this tropical oasis sets the perfect vibe. Street and neighborhood parking is available, as long as driveways are not blocked.

✅Deep Cleaning Before Every Event – The pool deck, tiki hut, bar, and seating areas are cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival. ✅ Pool Maintenance – The pool is professionally serviced and treated regularly to ensure crystal-clear water. ✅ Sanitized High-Touch Areas – All surfaces, including bar counters, kitchen appliances, and restrooms (if available), are disinfected with high-quality cleaning products. ✅ Trash & Waste Disposal – We provide trash bins and bags for easy cleanup. Our team ensures proper disposal after your event. ✅ Post-Event Inspection & Reset – After each booking, we inspect and reset the space to ensure it’s in top condition for the next guests. We ask all guests to respect the space and leave it as they found it to help us maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
