About the Space
This 1905 home, is spacious, private, and fully of everchanging light throughout the day. It features a completely fenced backyard, 5-person outdoor hybrid sauna, and 16ft Airstream trailer, fully equipped and ready for use. There is a fire pit available when no burn warnings are in effect. This home is all creative space with art-lined walls, couches and beds for power naps, and a very big, open kitchen for hosting, cooking, or clearing the kitchen island and setting up for a DJ. This house is sturdy, it's versatile and ready for your creative activity.

We clean as best we can based on how the house is used. Primary host is a nurse and understands infection/prevention/control.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
