About the Space
This space can be used for music recording, photo shoots and video shoots. The space comes with a computer, interface mic. Has a drum booth and vocal booth. There is also a 4 arm "screen printing press" with lots of paint. And the backyard has a Junkyard aesthetic, that can be used for videos or photo shoots. The backyard is used for filming Junkayrdsessions. There is a working kitchen and bathroom.

We keep the space clean, and have someone clean after. We have additional cleaning supplies incase anyone spills drinks or drops food.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
