About the Space
The venue is a large space that can be divided into two spaces. The brand new constructed multipurpose room has a plug and play projector and a unique "Lu System" interactive projector. The venue is in the beautiful neighborhood of Reservoir Hill, which is full of amazing brownstone buildings with turrets. It is conveniently located next to beautiful German Park. Walking in you would get a sense of community pride with a historic vibe. The venue comes with a pre-reception area called the Welcome Room. An outside fenced courtyard is available as well. Other areas on the site can be limited by locked doors or a partition. We have 10 - 10' round tables, 10 - High-top tables, 10 - 6' folding tables and 80+ chairs available for the venue. The room can be set up in a variety of ways. Street parking is available and Baltimore City bus stops are just down the block.

Our on site staff member will assist and sanitize the event space before, during (as needed) and after the event.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
