The Space:
This luxurious mansion sleeps 16 and boasts a master suite that will take your breath away. Complete with double sinks, walk through shower with rain shower heads, large soaking bath tub, and massive walk in closet. This home is fit for entertaining with a chef’s kitchen equipped with modern appliances, automated blinds, gas fireplaces, theater room, Creston music and lighting panel, beer tap keg & more.
*One small bedroom and the garage are currently off limits. This is where the wiring for all of the smart electronics in the house.* There is plenty of parking in the driveway.

The Neighborhood:
Due to Broward County ordinances, we can not allow any street parking due to this property being a vacation rental. There is also a noise ordinance in effect starting at 10pm every night, so please remember to remain respectful of all our neighbors after this time.

Please be advised that the elevator may not always be fully operational. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to confirm its status.
You will be asked to sign our standard rental agreement with a breakdown of fees. The rental contract is a standard agreement that all guests are required to sign. A 3% processing fee is required for all confirmed reservations as well as a refundable security deposit of $5,000.00.
If you would like the pool heated during your stay please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. This will incur an additional charge.

Our team arrives fully equipped and follows a detailed checklist customized for each property. We begin by gathering all trash throughout the house, including bathroom and kitchen bins, and take it to the designated outdoor disposal area. We then collect all used laundry—sheets, towels, and bathmats—and bring it to the laundry room to begin washing immediately.
While the laundry is running, we work room by room:
Bedrooms: Beds are stripped and remade with fresh linens. Surfaces are wiped, mirrors are cleaned, and floors are vacuumed or mopped.
Bathrooms: We disinfect toilets, showers, tubs, and sinks. Mirrors and fixtures are polished, and floors are thoroughly cleaned.
Kitchen: All surfaces, including counters and cabinets, are wiped down. Appliances are cleaned inside and out, dishes are washed or loaded into the dishwasher, and trash is emptied. We’re especially mindful of kosher guidelines where applicable.
Living Areas: We dust all surfaces, vacuum upholstery, straighten furniture, and make sure the home feels welcoming and organized.
Floors: We vacuum rugs and carpets, sweep, and mop hard floors with the right products for each surface.
Before finishing, we do a final walkthrough to make sure everything looks perfect—checking details like light switches, door handles, and window smudges. If the property has outdoor areas, we tidy patios, wipe down furniture, and ensure pool towels (if applicable) are neatly placed.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
