Our space features a spacious meeting room perfect for small to medium-sized gatherings, with comfortable seating for up to 12 people and Wi-Fi-enabled screens for seamless presentations. For larger events, our open-concept event space can host up to 40 guests and is ideal for intimate corporate events, team-building activities, or networking mixers. Each area within Saratoga House is thoughtfully designed to support a variety of needs. The meeting room offers a focused, professional setting, while the main event space can be easily transformed to fit any occasion, whether it’s a workshop, a creative photoshoot, or a small reception. The fully functioning kitchen allows for in-house catering, and we offer complimentary water, tea, and light refreshments to keep your guests refreshed. Between events and meetings, a licensed professional thoroughly cleans and disinfects the space to ensure a fresh, safe environment for every guest. For podcast bookings and content days, the space is cleaned and disinfected to the highest standard, maintaining the same level of care and attention to detail. We are committed to providing a clean, welcoming space for all your events and creative needs.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
